1.  Those candidates who have filled up the forms and due to some inadvertent situations could not submit all details, including the name/address/Email of THREE REFEREES, should send HARD COPIES to “THE REGISTRAR, KHALLIKOTE UNIVERSITY, BERHAMPUR-760001, ODISHA, INDIA” with a request application giving details of your ‘application ID Number, Name, Post & Department applied latest by 06.03.2018

2.  The referee’s comments should reach the ‘registrar@khallikoteuniversity.ac.in’ by the last date.

3.  All short listed applicants will be intimated regarding the interview date and venue by e-mail.

4.  OVERSEAS APPLICANTS MAY OPT FOR SKYPE INTERVIEW AND SEND A REQUEST TO THE REGISTRAR ALONG WITH THEIR SKYPE ID.

5.  The suitable time for the SKYPE INTERVIEW be given on the interview date. Please, mention a time within '10AM to 5PM INDIAN TIME'.
